Typewriter Rental Anyone?
Don Descoteau/News staff
So here is a business based around our beloved typewriters. It even has a really catchy name, Regional Assembly of Text and a website to boot! I really wish there was something like this around where I live.

Neat place. I hope the ladies are successful. Too bad the store is so far away from Florida.
Supercool.
I just bought some ribbon from there today, great store, wonderful staff. So many wicked typewriters too, a Royal Quiet Deluxe, 1941 model; a Hermes Rocket, so sleek; and the same as mine, Olivetti Lettera 22, just to name a few of the fifty or so they have laying around. I just wish some of them were for sale! I'll make 'em an offer they can't refuse. ;)
I live nearby it...and have been in the store frequently. They don't have a computer...but instead a Hermes Ambassador standing on her desk...a huge filing cabinet behind the till and nothing but typewrites. AND IT IS SO BUSY, and i went on a sunday.
Yes...please continue. You have my support. We are so successfull in the revival of the typewriter...it gives me shivers!!!
I saw a video about them on the Fountain Pen Network.
